Collection of personal data
Support Nature collects the following personal data from you:
Billing information, such as a postal address, credit card number along with its expiration date and your zip code, or your bank account information;*
and IP address and website analytics information.
We need to collect certain personal data in order to provide our services to you; these personal data are marked with an asterisk in the overview above. If you do not provide these personal data, we will not be able to provide our services to you.

To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests, when you contact us via one of our online contact forms or otherwise, for example, when you send us questions, suggestions, compliments or complaints, or when you request information about our services. To complete your transactions, verify your information, and provide you with related customer service. To send administrative information to you, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. We will engage in these activities to manage our contractual relationship with you and/or to comply with a legal obligation.
Providing you with our newsletter and/or other marketing materials and facilitating social sharing. To send you marketing related emails, with information about our services, new products and other news about our company. To facilitate social sharing functionality that you choose to use. We will engage in this activity with your consent or where we have a legitimate interest.
Aggregating and/or anonymizing personal data. We may aggregate and/or anonymize personal data so that it will no longer be considered personal data. We do so to generate other data for our use, which we may use and disclose for any purpose, as it no longer identifies you or any other individual. In this context, the interactions and activities of visitors to our website that use these services are recorded at an aggregated level (i.e. not at the individual level) (e.g., the number of times information is shared (social share count).
4.1.1 Google Analytics Google Analytics service is provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized statistics in order to improve the Site. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to Google Analytics and privacy, and opt out of them by downloading the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We have taken the following measures to protect the data collected through Google Analytics: We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google about how Google may process the data collected through Google Analytics; We have configured Google Analytics settings to mask the last octet of user IP addresses; We have configured Google Analytics to not share data with third parties; and We do not use other Google services in conjunction with Google Analytics.
4.2 Web beacons A web beacon is used to gather information about, for example, the extent to which e-mail is accessed, what content is viewed, etc. This information is used to measure the interest of visitors and to improve our services and communication.
Choices and rights
You have several choices regarding the use of our online services. If you opt for a specific service or communication, such as an e-newsletter, you will be able to unsubscribe by following the instructions mentioned in the communication offered. If you would like to request to access, correct, update, suppress, restrict, or delete personal data, object to or opt out of the processing of personal data, or if you would like to request to receive a copy of your personal data for purposes of transmitting it to another company (to the extent these rights are provided to you by applicable law), you may contact us in accordance with the “Contacting us” section below. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law. Use of Support Nature by minors
