Support Nature (“Support Nature”, “we”, “our” or “us”) wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose information. This Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data, and how we use cookies on our website.
Collection of personal data
Support Nature collects the following personal data from you:
Full name;*

Billing information, such as a postal address, credit card number along with its expiration date and your zip code, or your bank account information;*
and IP address and website analytics information.
We need to collect certain personal data in order to provide our services to you; these personal data are marked with an asterisk in the overview above. If you do not provide these personal data, we will not be able to provide our services to you.
We and our service providers collect personal data in a variety of ways, including:
Through the services. We collect personal data through the services, for example, when you register place an order, or leave us a message through a contact form.
From other sources. We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics and Hotjar) to evaluate the use of our services, compile reports on activity, collect demographic data, analyze performance metrics, and collect and evaluate other information relating to the services and mobile and Internet usage.
Use of personal data We and our service providers use personal data for the following purposes:

To provide the services’ functionality to you, such as, arranging access to your registered account, and providing you with related customer service. To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests, when you contact us via one of our online contact forms or otherwise, for example, when you send us questions, suggestions, compliments or complaints, or when you request information about our services. To complete your transactions, verify your information, and provide you with related customer service. To send administrative information to you, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. We will engage in these activities to manage our contractual relationship with you and/or to comply with a legal obligation.
Providing you with our newsletter and/or other marketing materials and facilitating social sharing. To send you marketing related emails, with information about our services, new products and other news about our company. To facilitate social sharing functionality that you choose to use. We will engage in this activity with your consent or where we have a legitimate interest.
Aggregating and/or anonymizing personal data. We may aggregate and/or anonymize personal data so that it will no longer be considered personal data. We do so to generate other data for our use, which we may use and disclose for any purpose, as it no longer identifies you or any other individual. We aggregate and/or anonymize personal data based on our legitimate interests.
Accomplishing our business purposes. For data analysis, for example, to improve our services; For audits, to verify that our internal processes function as intended and to address legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements; For fraud and security monitoring purposes, for example, to detect and prevent cyberattacks or attempts to commit identity theft; For developing new products and services; For enhancing, improving, repairing, maintaining, or modifying our current products and services, as well as undertaking quality and safety assurance measures; For identifying usage trends, for example, understanding which parts of our services are of most interest to users; For determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, so that we can adapt our campaigns to the needs and interests of our users; and For operating and expanding our business activities, for example, understanding which parts of our services are of most interest to our users so we can focus our energies on meeting our users’ interests. Disclosure of personal data
We disclose your personal data:
To our third party service providers, to facilitate services they provide to us. These can include providers of services such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, subscription and order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, auditing, and other services.

Cookies and similar tracking technologies
In addition to the collection of personal data described above, we use cookies, web beacons and other techniques to collect information about your visit on our digital channels. We use this information to improve and personalize your experience, and the usability and effectiveness of the services. In addition, the information helps us to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities.
4.1 Cookies A “cookie” enables us to see if you visited our channels before. Collected information: IP address, number of unique visitors, search terms, location (country code) of visitor, date, duration and frequency of visit, used hardware, browser type, marketing campaign data. Persistent Social Media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) We use (external) social media widgets and/or buttons to allow visitors to share information from our websites via social media and e-mail. In this context, the interactions and activities of visitors to our website that use these services are recorded at an aggregated level (i.e. not at the individual level) (e.g., the number of times information is shared (social share count).

4.1.1 Google Analytics Google Analytics service is provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized statistics in order to improve the Site. You can learn about Google’s practices by going to Google Analytics and privacy, and opt out of them by downloading the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. We have taken the following measures to protect the data collected through Google Analytics: We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google about how Google may process the data collected through Google Analytics; We have configured Google Analytics settings to mask the last octet of user IP addresses; We have configured Google Analytics to not share data with third parties; and We do not use other Google services in conjunction with Google Analytics.
4.2 Web beacons A web beacon is used to gather information about, for example, the extent to which e-mail is accessed, what content is viewed, etc. This information is used to measure the interest of visitors and to improve our services and communication.
Choices and rights
You have several choices regarding the use of our online services. If you opt for a specific service or communication, such as an e-newsletter, you will be able to unsubscribe by following the instructions mentioned in the communication offered. If you would like to request to access, correct, update, suppress, restrict, or delete personal data, object to or opt out of the processing of personal data, or if you would like to request to receive a copy of your personal data for purposes of transmitting it to another company (to the extent these rights are provided to you by applicable law), you may contact us in accordance with the “Contacting us” section below. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law. In your request, please make clear what personal data you would like to have changed or whether you would like to have your personal data suppressed from our database. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the personal data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase, you may not be able to change or delete the personal data provided until after the completion of such purchase)
Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include: The length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the service to you (for example, for as long as you have an account with us or keep using the service); Whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them); or Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations).
Third-party services
This Privacy Statement does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any website or service to which the Support Nature websites link. The inclusion of a link on our websites does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us.
Payment services
We may use a third-party payment service to process payments made through the service. If you wish to make a payment through the service, your personal data will be collected by such third party and not by us, and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Statement. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, this third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data.
Data security and integrity
We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect personal data within our organization. To achieve this, we have implemented security management and procedures to protect personal data from unauthorized loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately notify us in accordance with the “Contacting us” section below.
Use of Support Nature by minors
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16.
Cross-border transfers
Your personal data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the services you understand that your information will be transferred to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.
